Pdf Summary
This compliance and therapy report covers the period from October 20, 2023, to November 7, 2023, tracking the use and performance of the AirCurve 10 ST-A device operating in iVAPS mode with set parameters: Target Alveolar Ventilation at 3.8 L/min, EPAP at 14 cmH2O, and pressure support ranging from 4 to 6 cmH2O.

Usage compliance was excellent, with the device used every day (19/19 days, 100%), and nearly all days (95%) had usage of 4 or more hours. The average daily usage was 8 hours and 37 minutes, with a median of 8 hours and 59 minutes. Total hours used since last reset reached 6,898.

Leak measurements showed a median of 21.0 L/min, with the 95th percentile at 51.6 L/min and a maximum of 65.3 L/min, slightly above the set threshold of 24 L/min but acceptable within expected ranges. The apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) was very low at 0.5 events per hour, indicating effective therapy, with no central apneas detected (AI=0.0) and hypopneas at 0.5 events/hour.

Additional respiratory parameters showed an average tidal volume median of 203 ml, respiratory rate median of 24 breaths per minute against a target of 15 bpm, and minute ventilation median at 5.2 L/min. Alveolar ventilation median was 3.2 L/min. Spontaneous breaths were triggered 91% of the time and cycled 23%. The I:E (inspiratory to expiratory) ratio median was 1:1.74.

Overall, the report reflects very good compliance and effective therapy delivery, with consistent usage and physiological parameters within therapeutic goals.
