The CHEST Curriculum Pathway for Interstitial Lung Disease content was validated on August 20, 2024, and is accredited until August 19, 2027. In accordance with the policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the content in this pathway is subject to regular validation review for relevancy and accuracy. As a result, pathway content can be modified, deleted, or retired by CHEST at any time to reflect new developments in medical science. The accreditation duration of content is established by the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST) in accordance with the ACCME’s policies. CHEST is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. CHEST designates the enduring material found in the CHEST Curriculum Pathway for Intersitial Lung Disease for a maximum of 28.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Successful completion of the CME activities found in the CHEST Curriculum Pathway for Intersitial Lung Disease collection, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 28.00 Medical Knowledge Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points in the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) MOC program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
