Saadia Faiz, MD, FCCP  
Saadia Faiz is a professor of medicine in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She also serves as an Associate Program Director for the McGovern Medical School at UT Health Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship and as Director for the Southwest Regional Boot Camp for First Year Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellows, a regional annual procedural boot camp. Within CHEST, she has been involved with Pulmonary Board Review, the Education Sub-Development committee, the Pleural Disease network, and the Bronchoscopy Domain Task Force. Her research interests include medical education and pulmonary complications associated with cancer (including pleural disease in hematologic malignancies, pulmonary vascular disease, sleep, and therapy-related sequelae).
