Advance your knowledge and expertise in difficult airway situations by practicing basic and advanced ICU intubation skills on cadavers in a low-risk environment. Attend this state-of-the-art, hands-on experience offering the preparation, teamwork, and tools necessary to manage complex airway situations.

  • Implement the Seldinger technique and surgical approach to performing cricothyrotomy.
  • Perform extraglottic airway (EGA) insertion with guidance from experts in the field.
  • Practice airway procedures in a setting of unique human anatomy.
  • Gain the opportunity to use both direct and video laryngoscopes, EGA with bronchoscopy, and perform cricothyrotomy in human cadavers

  • Perform endotracheal intubation via direct and indirect laryngoscopy.
  • Perform EGA insertion.
  • Perform endotracheal intubation with fiberoptic bronchoscopic guidance directly and via EGA.
  • Perform cricothyrotomy in a human cadaver via Seldinger technique and surgical approach.
