This case-based eLearning module introduces clinicians to the challenges of recognizing pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). Learners will follow two patient journeys—one beginning with interstitial lung disease and the other with suspected pulmonary hypertension—to explore how PH-ILD can present, why early detection matters, and how primary care providers can act decisively to support timely diagnosis and referral. The module includes guidance on identifying red flag symptoms, taking focused patient histories, ordering key diagnostic workups, and understanding when to refer to specialists.
