The Leadership Development Course is designed to help attendees develop essential leadership comptencies. Deeply embedded in authenticity and mindfulness as essential leadership competencies, the course focuses on emotional intelligence, change management, team-building, conflict-resolution, and negotiation. Networking with colleagues who are emerging leaders and senior leaders in the CHEST community is a key component of this highly participatory learning environment.
